My lolita journey has been a very long time in the making. I first discovered the fashion in 2007, after reading one of Emilie Autumn's journal entries about her song Gothic Lolita and her explanation that, despite being a huge fan of Mana-sama and the fashion style, had nothing to do with either. Intrigued, I looked up Mana-sama and stumbled head first into the world of gothic lolita.

Despite discovering the style twelve years ago, it's only now that I'm able to pursue it as I've always wanted.
